J AIKINS-KOUAKOU
Mr. Aikins-Kouakou’s early experience in the US Army led to his participation in successful CONUS and OCONUS missions with the US Army Adjutant General’s Corps, the Ordnance Corps, and the Special Operations Command. He received four (4) Army Achievement medals, one (1) Good Conduct Medal, one (1) National Defense Service Medal, one (1) Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, and one (1) Korean Defense Service Medal during his eight years in the US Army.

Raymond has spent the last ten years managing and growing international businesses after leaving the United States Army. He began his career in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, as a Foreign Business Consultant for the Ivory Coast Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He was giving foreign companies information and advice on doing business in Ivory Coast. He also worked for local consulting firms, foreign companies that were already operating in Ivorian markets, and local businesses that were planning international expansions or investments.

Mr. Raymond Aikins has played an important role in the establishment and development of Endela Logistics Company in Alexandria, Virginia – USA, as well as Endela Africa Company Ltd, a subsidiary company of Endela Logistics in Ghana, in recent years. His experiences in the United States Army and the business world enabled him to be a key figure in the implementation and use of the Export Facilitation Data Form proposed by the United States Commerce Department in place of the AES/EEI originally requested by Ghana Customs in 2018.

Mr. Aikins completed his MBA in Global Management at Strayer University and also earned his BA in International Business from Strayer University.
